A: It depends on which cruise itinerary. If Alaskan, it will be pier 66 in Seattle. I’m embarking out of there next month so I can’t give any more information than that.

A: NCL sails out of Berth 92 in San Pedro. Expect a long line and a lot of standing. It does move reasonably quickly. The only way to really make it easy is staying in the Haven, you get to bypass the long security line and also get a shorter checkin li... ne. Everyone else, including those that buy priority access, wait in the same long security line before you get to the check in lines. I’d recommend you aim for a checkin time around noon. You should be able to board the ship as soon as you get checked in.See More

Answered by RACruz on December 16, 2023

A: I wouldn't say so. A lot of fresh stuff is restricted on re-boarding. I think you can still buy flowers from the ship for your room, however.

A: Have done a half dozen cruises out of LA from the San Pedro and Long Beach ports the most recent last month. On one we didn’t get into port until 10am which was the latest and another we were delayed until 930 because of a death on board. Our trip l... ast month was a departing flight at 130 pm and it was perfect. We had a cruise shuttle and that has been slower than a Uber because of the waiting for the bus to fill up. We usually like to have breakfast, drink coffee and take our time getting off also unless we have a pre arranged shuttle. Hope this helps!See More

A: Depends where you're going and if it's a closed-loop sailing, which departs and ends in the same U.S. port. While places like Bahamas and Mexico may be okay to cruise without a passport, it's a good idea to get a passport as other countries will requ... ire a passport to disembark and enter their ports.See More
