I asked Norwegian and they said that the Balcony rooms and higher all have coffee makers

Only in suites and the Haven. They are stocked by the butler assigned to the cabin. They have Nespresso machines.

depends on what your level of room is. I believe they may be in some suites but not in any category below that I believe.

someone said balcony or higher. that is not true. it is in suites or higher that they offer coffee makers.
