Pre early dawn darkness happens before sunrise
Only place I go after midnight is the gym. I like to work out at about 2 -3 AM. NO traffic on the way to the gym or home, only a few people in the gym so no problem getting any equipment and it is nice and quiet :-)

I found out yesterday I am being pulled from mid shift and being placed in the Internal Affairs office -- should be fun.
No more night shift, no more traffic jams, no more 30 mile commute
Hopefully I can keep that job for the next two years!
I think my shift is 16-20 hours a day, 7 days a week…
