We did go on a private excursion to a beach which was very enjoyable. There weren't many people there which made it a very nice getaway. The Aviary was also a neat thing we did. It is a walk through from section to section with different birds for viewing. It also gives you a higher view of the area with parts of it being very scenic.

Take your time but do be sure to go to the shows.
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
We did get off the ship and walk around some. The port is not very big and currently parts are under construction. Maybe by next year the port will be expanded. The pool area at the port was very nice.
We have been to Cozumel many times and it pretty much hasn't changed. We do tend to leave the port area and walk the main strip with some shopping and sometimes conversations with the locals or other travelers.
We did NOT do any excursions but did get out and walk around the port area. It hasn't changed much over the years. Everyone at the shops were friendly and willing to help you. It is a little small but in a comfortable way concerning getting around shopping.

Check your vaccine card for having all the necessary Shot details already on it.
We did NOT do any excursions but did get out and walk around the port area. We have been there multiple times and was the same. Everyone at the shops were friendly and willing to help you.
Okay, to be fair, this is the starting and ending port for my cruise. Its New Orleans and going around and visiting the historic areas is what it is all about. Some of the old graveyards are really nice to walk around.
The wife and I have been to Cozumel before and did NOT go on any excursion. Our time was spent browsing the market areas both inside and outside the port area. Others in my group did go to Paradise Island and informed me that it was the highlight of their cruise. The beach, equipment, food etc. all meet their needs of a great getaway. From their pictures, I believe them. All of the pictures have a smile on their face.
We went to Doctors Cave beach. While the sun was NOT in full bloom, there were plenty of beach goer's Everyone there was nice and hospitable. Even the ones offering your things you don't need or want. If you bring your snorkel gear, you can swim out a little ways and do you own private snorkeling. I went out and had a rather nice time and almost no one swam out that far. Overall, it was a bit more crowded than I expected but was still a nice place to go hang out on the beach for a few hours.
Grand Cayman, the little island that looks really clean. We went on the swim with the Sting Rays excursion. This turned out to be really fascinating. While it also was plenty crowded (everyone wants to do this) there is plenty of room and Sting Rays for everyone. This is definitely an excursion everyone should do.

For anyone about to go on a cruise, bring your own tea. There is hot water available for making your own and you will be glad that you did. Otherwise, bring or purchase the soda club so that you have something tasteful to your own liking.
