Rode over an hour to some little village to see the blowhole, not impressed and was constantly hounded by the store owners was awful. We did get some delicious tequila and had great Tacos The only reason I gave 2 stars.
Went to LaJolla, not impressed. Balboa park, had just enough time to use the restroom and hunt the bus down. It wasn't where they said it was going to be.
Loved it. Excursions were great except Sausalito, had minimal time there and we were told we best get lunch there because we wouldn't have a chance before alcatraz Spent $35 on 2 sandwiches with stale bread we couldn't even eat and 2 soft drinks The rest of the excursions were great.

We did the newer semi private excursion of swimming in the lagoon. The ONLY complaint we had was the restaurant they took us too right outside the lagoon. My husband and I both ordered lunch, i got mine almost 40 minutes before he got his. I was done and we were almost ready to leave before he got his food. Service was AWFUL! The restaurant was Kai Pez. Would have liked a little more shopping time at this port.
This was probably the best excursion we went on! WE swam in the underground river and caves and caverns. I only wished we had known ahead of time we needed water shoes and a water proof phone cover. That's the only negative I've got.We also had one of theeeee best Mexican lunches! Did some tequilla tasting, had I known that the ship would store it for us we would have bought some. No one explained any of that. Would also liked to have had a little more shopping time at this port.
I guess I'm just not a Florida person. I wasn't that impressed, through no fault of the tour guides.
Loved going through the Hemmingway House. I liked the hop on hop off.
We went on the Nautilus. We really enjoyed the scenery on that one! WE went to HELL, more than 10 minutes would have been good. The rum cake factory was amazing! But again only had 10 minutes. Not enough time to taste and decide what to buy. Then we went to the turtle farms, honestly I couldn't hardly watch all those turtles in those little spaces crawling all over each other. Not the place for wildlife to be IMHO.

Get the Balcony, get all of the perks. I really enjoyed calling my kids via Messenger every night so I could tell them about our adventures. Do all the excursions you can.
