HAL is always reliable with good food and an excellent crew. We have sailed with many times and have always enjoyed our time.

We were given a very late embarkation time, 2:40 PM. When we arrived at the terminal it was nearly empty. Boarding the ship was quick and efficient. Unfortunately because of the late boarding we missed the Mariner Lunch.

We didn’t do many activities. We preferred to relax in our room or on our balcony.

The staff on HAL is always extraordinary. They were particularly helpful with my husband’s wheelchair.

We have been on this ship many times. The layout is good. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and seemed in good shape. It was in a good location (aft of the aft elevators) for us as we rarely go to the theater. My only complaint was that the room was small and my husband was unable to use his walker inside.
Ship tip
Check out the new, beautifully appointed library. There is a great selection of books.
I am sorry to hear of your husband having difficulty with using his walker in the cabin, followed by damage to it at the end. Glad it was otherwise a nice cruise.
