Review summary

Had documentation showing gratuities were included with my package, but Holland America did not honor. Tipped out of pocket. Customer service was horrible.

Main dining was ok, but there was a long wait each time we went. Buffet was the same almost every day and portions of it were self serve, which was not sanitary.

You should have done some research. We always check to see what is near our cabin so it won’t be noisey. We only book now cabins that only have cabins below and above us. That’s not the ships fault.
