Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The Zaandam was very nice. I liked the fact there were only 1400 passengers. It was nicely appointed and the beds were wonderful!

Pros: Glacier Bay

Cons: Being seasick

Juneau, Alaska
Great tour of the Mendenhall Glacier and city.
Don't Miss: mendenhall glacier
Sitka, Alaska
Sea Otter and Wildlife Tour was fantastic. I have never seen so many eagles and sea otters.
Don't Miss: sea otters, eagles, and whales
Victoria, British Columbia
Arriving there at night diminishes the tour of the city, What a shame!
Don't Miss: Craigdarroch Castle
Ketchikan, Alaska
Fishing was great but take your seasickness medication.
Don't Miss: salmon fishing
Sitka, Alaska
