Understand the ship layout and deck maps before you sail so you know where to go when you're looking for something. Also understand nautical terminology like forward and aft, and port and starboard.

This ship is huge and sometime you have to be inline with several people, however the App is excellent to book events ahead of time and be reminded of the schedule.

The entertainment is adult oriented, not for kids. The ice show was adult oriented.

If you have a free specialty dinner ensure that you make the reservations as soon as you get on the ship. The restaurants are phenomenal and book out fast.

Take advantage of the at sea dates to explore all decks so you can see everything and not just stay in prominade. The ship is a wonder in itself the size the way it moves smoothly ect.

upgrade the quality of the food served in the main restaurant. improve the customer experience. very bad quality in driks expecially the margaritas.

Because the ship is so huge, make sure you're a person who likes crowds. It was crowded everywhere we went from embark and debark, which were chaotic messes, to trying to get tickets to shows. The pool area was bonkers. It was hard to find quiet little spaces to be solo, but we found a couple.

If you have issues in your cabin, call maintenance to have them fixed. You don't need to be in your room or wait for repair. This will also make the person staying in your room next, have a better experience.

Bring a sweater to the ice skating show, I thought it was chilly in there. Also, I don’t think I would purchase the sea pass wristband again. It was only $10 and opened your stateroom door and worked for entry into the shows. But you could not use it for getting off or on the ship! Probably one band is enough if always with someone else.
