Even though the terminal is huge, there wasn't a wait to get onboard. My check in time was 11:30am. I drove to the port, dropped off my bag, parked my car, walked into the terminal with no waiting. It was a pleasant interaction with the staff.

The cabin was clean. The only small things I needed to report to maintenance, the weather stripping on the balcony door was preventing the door from securing as well as the lock was not working on that door. Maintenance responded super fast to repair.

Ship tip

If you have issues in your cabin, call maintenance to have them fixed. You don't need to be in your room or wait for repair. This will also make the person staying in your room next, have a better experience.

I was able to walk off the ship with my luggage at 7am with no lines. It was a breeze going through Customs with facial recognition. Did not need to show passport.
