Unfortunately I expected more. The ship is incredible and beautiful but needs improvement in some areas, especially the food in the main dining room and customer service.

cleaning was ok, I expected towel animal decoration on a daily basis but only perform 3 of the 7 days. the beds are not completely dressed only put over the comforter but see messy.

Ship tip

upgrade the quality of the food served in the main restaurant. improve the customer experience. very bad quality in driks expecially the margaritas.

I really don’t care about towel animals. If my cabin is cleaned and I have everything I need that’s good enough for me.

They haven’t done towel animals every night for several years. We were on Wonder in July. We had no complaints. In fact they went over and above for us a couple of times. The drinks were fine for us. If you want or need top tier alcohol, then buy the drink package and pay a small fee to upgrade the liquor.

What does it mean to "upgrade the customer service"? At the service desk? All over the ship? Don't hire dour eastern Europeans?

Sorry you were disappointed. Regarding quality of drinks, you CAN specify which tequila you would like your margaritas with. For any drinks, just ask for top shelf liquors. We do this exclusively. Tip for next cruise.

Great service from the ship and very relaxing!

AWESOME

This ship is all hype. More money is spent for the appearance but not a lot to do for teens! Too many people to have a nice time. Many of the events/performances can not accommodate all of the passengers on board. The food in Windjammer buffet is cold
