Always clean, someone was always cleaning and I appreciated the men and women who are leaders also picking up trash when they saw something out of place

The room was more than what we expected! So comfortable, plenty of room , our cabin steward kept our room and waited on us patiently when we took our time leaving the room
Ship tip
Reserve all of the required reservations asap and if you the purchase a dinner package, reserve your lunch & dinner afterwards; we had issues reserving shows because dinner reservations was set to 4 hours which is ridiculous. We hope they fix this
This 1 is actually a 0! Yes, on the excursion. Disney Springs Express (Airport Drop Off) is the worst excursion & I suggest RC removing this from their excursions. It took our first class experience ( first class flights and RC suites way down to cargo experience). The bus was trash, it smelled, water leaks, roaches, there is 2 large gallon size bug spray in the bathroom, in a bathroom that didn’t have running water nor did the toilet work. There is a padlock on the bathroom door, so other patrons had to ask for a key and soon found out why there is a lock on the door. The arm rest to our seat was broken and the seat in front of us the customer couldn’t pull his seat up because it was broken. The tour guide was horrible and gave an inexcusable reason for not going with us to the airport. The rain is not anyone’s fault, but there should be a backup plan for when it rains.
We didn’t do excursions; we got a driver who took us out on a tour to the rum factory, chocolate factory
, and a few other places. The drivers are within the port and licensed so it was organized and safe
