Highly recommend this ship and doing a Trans-Atlantic Cruise! We had a blast and really were able to relax and disconnect from our daily grind. We booked two more Trans-Atlantic Cruises and can't wait to get back!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation was incredibly easy. Giving passengers a specific 30-minute embarkation time facilitated everything. Also, allowing for Check-in at home eased congestion at the Port. Our only "issue" if you will was our Sea Passes were not located on our door, like they were supposed to be. We had to find a crew member to figure out where our cards were.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We only dined in the main dining room once, for breakfast and we found it to be just "Okay".
We had the deluxe dining package and dined in the specialty restaurants the whole trip.
Chops Grille was awesome! (Except for the chicken. I had that for lunch once and it was dry and the skin wasn't crunchy.) The mushroom soup continues to be a favorite, and the steaks were really good. I did have the rib-eye one night and it was a very fatty (gristle, not the good yummy, melty fat), but everything else was awesome and we will always come back!
Central Park 150 was amazing and elegant. I did miss the "salt bar", where they used to bring you the flavored salts for your bread (Allure had that), but the food was awesome! I never order the Chateau Briand, as it's always served for two, and my spouse doesn't ever want it, but our waiter, Vic, advised I could order a single serving and it was one of the best meals I had on the ship! He also advised us to order a serving of the Lobster Thermidor to share and I was so happy he did!!!
Giovanni's was good, but I was a little disappointed that the menu has changed from when it was Giovanni's Table (Again, Allure). The Pizza's continue to be the best thing on their menu, although I did have the salmon for lunch one day and LOVED it!
We did not like Wonderland at all. We felt the menu was too eclectic and the food didn't live up to our expectations. We actually wound up getting a pizza from Giovanni's afterwards. And I am probably in the minority, but the Mad Hatter was a little creepy and annoying.
Windjammer was fantastic! We loved going in there for a late lunch and really appreciated the variety.
Johnny Rockets was also good. Although we felt the waiter was a little confused. We went for breakfast and advised him that we had the Deluxe Dining package and he still kept questioning our wanting the "upgraded" breakfast hamburger sandwich. (which was delicious)
Playmakers was a great place to go and hang out and watch the sports highlights. My spouse loved their food, but I was not as enthusiastic. Most things were fried and it would have been great to have a grilled chicken option. The crew was awesome!
Giovasnni's Wine bar was our favorite place on the ship! Hitender, Imtiyaz and Ivan treated us like family and took excellent care! My only complaint would be that we couldn't take advantage of our dining package there. We had a couple of times we ordered snacks\pizzas and had to pay extra. I was also disappointed in the wine selection. While we understand currently economic conditions restricted the selection, it was nonetheless disappointing to not have my favorite wine, for the special nights. (Caymus Special Select).
The pool bar in the solarium was another favorite spot! Also enjoyed the Vue.
Onboard Activities

Solarium Hot Tubs! We went every day and it made the trip so nice and relaxing. We also used the Fitness Center almost every day. Very nice center! I also took advantage of the Spa for a facial and a massage. I just wish they didn't feel it absolutely necessary to continually try to sell me products afterwards.
We also spent quite a bit of time in the Casino, with mixed results. :)
Entertainment

We like the music and enjoyed many of the musicians and shows. We also took advantage of some of the trivia games.
Children's Programs
We don't have kids.

Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the cabin. I thought it was feel very cramped such a long trip, but that was not the case. Just bowing out the door in the shower added to the "not cramped" feel of the room. I only wished we'd had more drawer space, but otherwise, it was a great room.
Ship tip
I brought magnetic hooks for our door, and posted all of our activites (reservations), so we could see what we needed to do on a daily basis. But the biggest advice I would give is CHECK IN AS EARLY AS YOU CAN. We waited and as a result were unable to make any restaurant reservations in advance. And, this meant we couldn't board until 13:30. So, as soon as we boarded, I got on the app and started making reservations. This took quite a while, despite our having a schedule already built before we got on. First of all, some restaurants were booked out and others were only open on certain days (lunch).
We started here and stayed close to the port. We had an awesome dinner at the Boatyard and the next morning the Hotel Shuttle took us right to the ship.
Truly enjoyed Valencia, but didn't realize we couldn't bring fruit back, we bought some Valencia Oranges and wound up scarfing them down right there at the customs reentry. It would be helpful if this had been emphasized, as they do with the Alcohol Rules.
We carried our bags off. We left our room at 08:44 and were off the ship, through customs, in a cab and checked into our new hotel by 09:15. Couldn't have been any easier!
