The weather is the only thing stopping me from giving Juneau a 5. The whale watching is a MUST. We watched a pod of at least 8-10 Humpback whales for over an hour.....it was amazing.

A visit to the local Heritage Center to learn the history and ride or just walk around the town. It is a rain forest so don;t expect too much sunshine but lots of lush greenery.
Don't Miss: The Raptor Center to see how they are able to rehabilitate our great Bald Eagles.

Great local shops and furriers. Several restaurants were recommended but sadly we did not have enough time.......after all the shopping.
Don't Miss: Float plane trip. To see the wilderness from above is breathtaking.

Pros: The service of the crew was outstanding. Our accommodations were spacious, constantly kept in order and clean. The food and service were beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our first cruise..

Cons: Sorry, I can't think of anything.
