Review summary

Very disappointing ship food, beds, very little alcohol in mixed drinks for price. Better on islands. Great to see all ports but better to do all inclusive or go to island for what trip cost.

Embarkation

Baggage delivered close to 9 pm arrived around 3:30! Could not dress for dinner

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The SAME food choice for three days in a row at the buffet. The other days it looks like they took the leftovers and created something a little different. Dining room option was better, but everything was low, budgeted and no taste. Breakfast in the dining room was good, but very basic. Been on many cruises, but this was the worst and the pizza taste like cardboard. Specialty dining chops sides were terrible. Steaks better than anything else served on the ship, but still not a good quality.

Onboard Activities

Pool was packed and so was the spa. The sun chairs were so close together you had to climb from the bottom to sit down. It’s like they’re trying to get as many people on board as possible to make up for bad years of not having as many people but when they low budget, everything people won’t come back. We have done multiple cruise is on Royal Caribbean and Carnival, and this is probably gonna be my last. You get more enjoyment better food at an all inclusive without the herd of cattle.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Not much entertainment unless you like the casino and why do you have an art sale? I have wondered on that every year I’ve been on a cruise

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was excellent and went out of their way

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very nice and the Christmas trees were great

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
We had a nice balcony and it was a spacious room, but the beds are like sleeping on rocks. This made the trip the worst because you could not sleep and tossed and turned all night with your body aching. Apparently Royal Caribbean does not add the crates or memory foam to the beds any longer and you can tell because you’re sleeping on a box. Even though the food was bad, this was probably the worst part of the trip you couldn’t relax and sleep, so you were tired while on vacation. This will be the number one reason I would not return

Ship tip

Eat off the ship and don’t plan on enjoying the pool unless you’re in Port and last of all bring a small crate with you for the bed.Eat off the ship and don’t plan on enjoying the pool unless you’re in Port and last of all bring a small crate with you for the bed.
