I am sure you are disappointed however situations happen in life - no doubt this is something many people ever thought would happen. I am sure the cruise company, staff and families all depending on their jobs regret not being able to provide the usual excellent customer service experience. My own cruise is affected but I for one will be doing everything I can to support those most affected when it is safe to do so and continue to see the world thanks to the 100s and 1000s who put their own safety in question to ensure everyone arrives home safe and well.

Sometimes you have to make the best out of an unfortunate uncontrollable experience , you where on holidays, on a cruise ship in the South Pacific and now you have a reason to go back so you can visit those islands. 🚢🏝🍹

Ships can change itinerary at any moment so there is never any insurance that covers that because it's always been their policy. It's unfortunate you had a cruise booked right at this crazy time in the world's history.
