Review summary
Whilst the ship is tired and in need of a refit the staff were excellent. Mind you, the concierges need to take their roll much more seriously and look after their guests. Our cabin steward seemed to be run off his feet, either that or he was very slow. At times our cabin was not ready until after 2.00pm which meant we could not enjoy the cabin as much as we wanted. Make sure you arrange your dining times well in advance of the ships sail otherwise they are not flexible with changes, even being in a Grand Suite.Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Cafe Promenade
Great selection of foods all day but the coffee is not the best but hotter than other venues.
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Connoisseur Club
The club is great and the waiters do a reasonable job but the Concierge staff are pretty slack. Making dinner reservations was useless thru them, better of doing it yourself. Couldn’t be bothered to organise any priority events, just told to do them yourself, which caused a little angst among other passengers who wondered why you were “pushing in”.

Ship tip
Wait until it after it has been dry docked for a good refit.
