Review summary
Check in was very smooth. Computerized pre check-in really helps. All our fellow travelers appeared to be excited and eager to start their vacation Our cabin was ready when we got on board. All the staff greeted us as if they were really happy to see us. The ship is really large and it took us a while to know which floors did not go through and which one did. The cabin was clean with nice linnens. The restaurants well organised, quite a feat with that many passengers. The gallery on the ship became a meeting place for all. This ship had an icerink and the show was very good. The cruise directors staff was helpful, including speaking our native tongue when they saw us. The only problem on this cruise was getting off the ship at the end of the cruise. We were finally out of the building at 12.15 PM. It took us longer then 3 hours to get that far, walking and stopping, a real madhouse.Ports of call
Pros: Fellow travelers
Cons: Time it took to disembark
