Cruise was the first one for us and it was great!!! Some hiccups couldn't destroy the overall excellent picture. Hiccups were a really poor excursion in Montego Bay which we actually cancelled due to one of the worst organization of such a thing I have ever seen. Other problems were that check-in staff was freightening and that a piece of luggage was lost for two days. Note that you don't get a receipt for each piece of luggage like you get it in an airplane. I recommend highly to take travel insurance for such cases.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
One word: Outstanding! Great service, great food.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
So many great things to do. The Ice-Show is a thing you should really not miss as well as Broadway Rhythm and Rhyme is. Also the Goodbye Show on the last day is simply great!

Children's Programs

Not so many things to do for a two year old. They should simply get rid of the inline skating track and put a playground instead. That would help a lot.

Service and Staff

Everyone has a smile.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Just a great ship. So much to do, amazing! The cruise was fully booked but we never ever felt like it is crowded at all.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
One of the freindliest gentlemen we ever had taking care of our room. Issues were promptly solved and always to out complete satisfaction.

Pros: Food, environment, mood on the ship, entertainment, staff

Cons: Excursions, insufficient things to do for smaller kids, check-in, luggage lost

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? Yes!
