Review summary
This was the worst cruise I’ve been on across the board. This was my second time on Holland but my 16th cruise overall but my last on Holland. This cruise did not even compare to my first experience with them. The boat is old and should be retired. Water leaks all over the boat, no working Air conditioning in majority of the cabins on board, worst menus and food I’ve been served ever and such few staff that they are so overworked you can see it on their faces. They were cancelling events probably to conserve energy. Meals in the MDR were taking 1 1/2-2hrs just to get your main course. Hardly any activities and you never saw or heard from the cruise director. No communication as to where to go for port of call days which only caused chaos when getting off boat.Embarkation
