Ship sevice and food were awful. Itinerary was great
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Most food looked like it was canned. Main hall, Pinnacle grill, and Lido ran out of food multiple times. Filet Mignon looked/tasted like a hamburger patty. Room service was typically wrong, with burnt toast, missing items, decaf instead of real coffee, etc..
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Only one evening show. Pool side band was lackluster and small.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Highlight of the ship. The staff were very engaging, and accomodated children of multiple temperments and needs.
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Friendly, but unhelpful. Many seemed to struggle to understand basic English.
Waiter and Head Waiter forgot my girlfriends birthday. The next day they came to the table and said..."anyone here having a birthday. We forgot. We have a cake, do you still want it"... The cake looked like an enlarged cupcake.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
Toilets often non functional. GI bug outbreak affected 2% of previous passengers, so manadatory hand washing was required.
Cabin / Stateroom

Air was very dry. Could smell smoke from neighboring unit.
Check the toilet daily before laying down a "stink bomb" because flushing is never
guaranteed.
The Mendenhall Glacier and Gardens were both great. On the Glacier take the trail to the beach and skip the Visitors center. The beach has better views of the glacier and no crowds.
Musher dog camp and White Pass railway. Views on railway are spectacular. Don't forget the camera. We stayed on the platform between cars the entire trip.
