Pros: After numerous cruises, this was our first on Holland America and we were most impressed! Movement onto and off of the ship was handled expeditiously, the dining room was gracious, meals delicious and staterooms larger than average. Hand sanitizer at every turn helped insure the health of all.
Cons: We didn't have great weather but then that's the norm for Alaska...you expect the worse and are surprised and pleased by sunny days...and we did have a few! The Lido buffet would benefit from additional staff to clear trays/tables
