Most definetly a cruise to remember for a lifetime

Never again. We are avid cruisers and have tried Royal now 3 times... This will be our last. First night I was served something I was allergic to, which caused a throat reaction and not being able to breathe correctly. Through a comedy of errors and poor service - I missed the first four days of the cruise due to sheer stupidity. The medical team gave me DayQuil... To which the first ingredient I am ALLERGIC. Main dining room staff apologized but blamed the kitchen. Medical team could not tell me anything and would not listen to what I needed (having had this allergy my whole life). I was offered a "future cruise credit valued for one day" and had to ask for my gratuities to be withheld as we did not dine in the dining room again due to service. Buffet was average. Rooms were outdated but we expected that. Ship was dirty and poorly kept up.

Great trip for my mom and I. We took advantage of the excursions offered by Royal Caribbean and we felt safe and had time to enjoy the trip without a hitch. Experienced tour guides. Onboard, the service was impecable! From the service at the front desk to the restaurants and the people in charge of our cabin. Loved the experience from beginign to end!

The crew definitely made this cruise unforgettable with all the attention to detail. I will continue to travel on Royal Caribbean.

I really enjoyed the staff (with a few exceptions) and was grateful for the experience! We laughed and relaxed and got to see some beautiful places. It was not the best food and there were a lot of unexpected charges, but I'm grateful I did it.

I was able to relaxed as a professional staff pampered me kindly and without fuss. They just wanted me to enjoy myself!

The cold food at the early dining, the constant payments for shuttle buses and terrible tender experience made it a below par trip. The Sardegna stop was a reason we liked the itenirary but that was cancelled. I have traveled with Royal before and that trip was a great experience.

Excellent first European visit on an intimate smaller not overwhelming ship, visiting Spain, France, and Italy! Highly recommend!

This was my first time on a cruise and I must say my expectations were exceeded. I will recommend Royal Caribbean International to my friends and family and suggest they try the Vision of the Seas.

This is best cruise trip we've ever taken. The ship is medium sized, but well equipped. Service is first-class. The route is well designed to include port cities with beautiful scenes, rich cultural heritage. Overall, unforgettable experience. Will definitely sail with Royal again.

Service of the waitstaff and room stewards were beyond wonderful. Food is amazing too, but could use more variety. Activities, however, were virtually the same every single day with the same terrible music.

Overall nice trip but i would not recommend the Vision of the Seas, find a newer boat to spend your hard earned money on. We only chose this because of the itinerary, which wasn't that great either.

What a disappointment. A tired ship with unenthusiastic crew who was more interested in upselling than providing service. Many things didn’t work and food was barely edible. $37.50 per day for a non-alcoholic drink package seems a bit pretentious as do $8 draft beers but people pay it I guess.

The ship was excellent, and all of the food was outstanding. We had lost a bag from our departure. Service on the ship tried to locate but could not find it. they gave us a letter of explanation but that did not help my wife as the bag lost had all of her makeup and hair products in it. I was a long week of torture for me . Seas were great except for last day of Saling had 8-foot waves and rough ride back to Barcelona. Would not recommend long excursions only tour of port then go out on your own. We enjoyed the cruise.

The Ports were not disappointing but our Grand Suite experience really dampened the cruise by not allowing us to stay asleep or get to sleep easily with all the noise from the Windjammer above us. Paid for the Grand Suite experience as we always do and got the level of what we consider the cheapest room on the ship because of this

Overall it was a good experience. If not with the delays in the final disembarkation and gangway issue it could have been perfect. Almost missed our flight

Good cruise, especially for someone like me who likes to read.

Cruise was a pleasant trip to Spain with a mostly older crowd of couples and singles, practically no children. The weather was mostly cool on the crossing making the solarium cramped. Service was good and food less than noteworthy.

We like the 11 night cruises. It was fun, relaxing, and nice to be pampered.
