Review summary

This was my first time on a cruise and I must say my expectations were exceeded. I will recommend Royal Caribbean International to my friends and family and suggest they try the Vision of the Seas.

Restaurant staff was exceptional, our waiter Mr Denny and his Assistant Ms Yanshan made our dining experience memorable. They always greeted us with a smile, ensured our table was promptly tended and made daily meal recommendations. These two deserve my sincere gratitude, your staff is top notch!

Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the jacuzzis, however, the wait times were long, there aren’t enough to accommodate on the guests on the ship.

Entertainment

The entertainment director Michelle provided a good variety of entertainment and activities throughout the entire trip. I appreciate her energy and that of her team. The most memorable event was the bellyflop competition and the average count from MaryCruise, made my day.

Service and Staff

Our Waiter Mr Denny and Ms Yanshan were exceptional, these two are true professionals and upheld your company’s hospitality standards. Mr Keith George our room steward ensured our room were always maintained and provide service with a smile. These members should be recognized for their Outstanding services. Their management team should be proud of their staff as they made our experience so great we have been talking to all of our friends of our positive experience.
