Review summary

I'm having a difficult saying anything good about my 12 days on the ship. I was excited to be back on a smaller ship and if there weren't so many issues I would have been extremely happy. My group started having issues on day one and it never stopped. It wasn't until the final day that some truly listened. He had no idea how bad the heat and smell was in my cabin because the other departments never reported the issues. The fecal odor in the cabin and hallway was so bad it made me physically ill. It hurts me to say i would not recommend this ship. Im still going to sail RCCL but I think only on newer ships .

I upgrade to "the key" so getting on the ship was extremely quick and easy. Aaliyah who was a member of the RCCL shore team was excellent.

The ship is easy to get around. The maintenance is not the best. My cabin and the hallway smelled feces. I asked to change but the ship was full. The cabin ac unit dripped water and didn't work. I even asked to put a deck chairs near the elevator because it was cooler than my 80° cabin.
