Sorry you had a bad experience. We always leave our bags with the porters and only carry a small bag with medications and such. Bags are always in the room when we get there. Thank you for taking time to write a review.

Love Royal Caribbean and can’t wait to hop on Vision of the Seas in a couple weeks! I always carry my own bags on anyway so I have access to them immediately! Not sure what your standards are but I’ve had nothing but top notch service from RC and will always cruise with them!

Why didn't you drop your bags off with the porter's like everyone does? It would have been delivered to your room.
