Loved the ports of call, would have liked to stay longer. Ship was ok, 22 yrs old. Some of the customer service area could have been nicer. Most of the crew in general were very nice!

Ship Quality

Traveled with a person in wheel chair, thresholds in majority of the ship were a nightmare to get through. Spoke to management regarding this matter on how easy it would be to fix. Hoping they were address this issue and fix soon. Spoke to many other passengers traveling with a wheel chair and they all had issues. Very disappointing that we had to address it at all. Manager was very understanding.

Cabin / Stateroom

Steward kept cabin clean and the size was fine.

Ship tip

If you are traveling with someone with special needs of a wheel chair I wouldnt do it. Not the ship for you. They only have 2 excursions that are accessible. The one in Antigua was terrible. They didnt know how to operate the lift as it was in Japanese, and the wheel chair was in the back of the van and no microphone for driver. Plus excursion was pretty lame. Getting around the ship over the thresholds were very difficult and annoying.

Old San Juan, very nice!

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Visited the shops near the port , they were nice. Went to the beach on our own, kind of scary .

St. John's, Antigua

The accessible excursion for wheel chairs was very poor. The driver was late and didn't know how to operate the lift. Wheel chair in back of van, drive had no microphone. So they couldn't hear anything unless I relayed it back to them. Mostly driving around, one stop wasn't that interesting.

Bridgetown, Barbados

Castries, St. Lucia

Thank you for a very helpful review. We will be on the Vision in February 2021, also traveling with a wheelchair. Nice to know what we have to look forward to.
