Review summary

As first time cruisers, we really enjoyed our time on Vision. A lovely ship, with a great crew and a first class Captain, Capt. Marek.

Embarkation

embarking was quick and easy, however the lady who took our details managed to mess up my phot, so when I went on board for the first time, my photo was not on file. luckily the man on the desk rectified it quickly and without a fuss

Food was very well presented, and well cooked, however the menu in MDR was a bit limited. Windjammer cafe was excellent

I found the entertainment, although pretty good was a bit samey. The resident band did have a very limited list of songs.

We found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Our steward was excellent, the waiters were all cheerful and entertaining. Our waiters in the MDR, Mohammad and Leslie were so obliging, nothing was too much trouble

Cabin was spacious, very clean. The bed was comfortable and quite big. My only complaint was the noise from the engines. Whenever we got to port, the vibrations and noise would always wake me up.
