Milorad was an excellent and attentive waiter. Our housekeeper was incredible (cabin 111). Klaus was helpful and pleasant in communicating expectations and activities.

It was small as expected but served us well. Very clean. Very functional.
Ship tip
Don't eat in the dining room, eat in the aqualounge area. Enjoy the top deck as much as possible.
While a must see, access was more difficult. Because it was a large city, it was more difficult to access the local culture. Mozart concert was fun. Palace tour was a bit too rushed.
The optional 4 hour tour with Anita was incredible. She did a superb job of showing the sights and gave many insights to her culture. The city was very accessible from the ship.
We had to get to the airport very early and were helped by Viking employees on site; however, when we found our flight unexpectedly cancelled, we were pretty much on our own. when we found our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, we didn't have any help from Viking to help rectify the situation. At that point we were on our own.
