We loved it!! It was an amazing experience. This was my husband's first cruise ever and he got hooked. We're looking up another date now for next year!
Embarkation

Embarkation was quick and easy
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Everything awesome. Breakfast food is pretty boring due to the same selection every morning
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We loved the activities. One day is not even enough to do all of them. We did rock climbing, flow rider, zip line and a lot more.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows were done professionally and everything was top notch
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We want to give props to our room attendant Rica, our waters in the dining room Belando and Dedi. These guys went above and beyond for us. We love their professionalism. 10/10. Also other staff in Windjammer like Putra, Ikadek, Rut, and Heru to name a few. Even the guys at the towel station. They did an amazing job. We loved their service!
The only minor thing we experienced was how my husband got a sarcastic comment from a bartended in the Casino. He wanted a Redbull and the bartender said "This is a bar".... We didn't know that a can of Redbull from the bar would come with a snarky comment... Thankfully we didn't get charged extra for the comment. We told the guest service of this incident and the bar manager apologized profusely and he offered my husband another can of Redbull to which he refused... We don't need the heart palpitation. We highly appreciated the gesture though.
Ship Quality

The ship layout is just amazing. For the most part, all the areas are clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Our cabin number is actually 14649. The room was cozy and well-kept. The only thing we didn't like is the noise from deck 15. We could hear the staff moving and dragging the pool chairs and other equipment. Sometimes it would wake us up at night and in the morning.
Though the port was good and we enjoyed the welcoming dance, one thing we didn't like is how pushy some of the locals are to get us to buy their product. We did the Kayak Adventure and when we got to the "market beach", a local pulled our kayak onto the shore and asked us to follow him. We didn't know he wasn't RCCL employee because he seemed to be wearing some kind of a uniform. We did bargained and buy some of his items but we just didn't expect to be talked into buying something. He wanted $40 for 2 bracelets and 3 magnets. Once we got out from his "store" another guy gestured us to follow him and we refused. To anyone going here, please be aware and not get got.
Also, we didn't get a notification that our Zip Line excursion got cancelled. We understand that it got cancelled for a safety reason (too windy at the time) but we didn't know until we walked to the counter and was told it was cancelled.
We did this same itinerary in January. We also found the locals at Labadee to be very aggressive. I'm amazed they make any sales with this sort of tactic. They would likely be more successful if they were pleasant and allowed you to browse. I much prefer Coco Cay but if we go back to Labadee, I will avoid that area. Glad you had a great time!!!
