Review summary
Getting off the cruise ship a few weeks ago I took a bad fall. The gang way had a soapy solution that made it very slippery. There was a slight breeze and i believe they had been spraying/cleaning the balconies. They escorted me to the medical facility and was treated for a cut on my back and my elbow. It took me a couple of weeks before the pain in my neck and back went away. Called Royal Caribbean thinking they might be willing to give me some credit for a future cruise. I was told there was no record of the accident report that was filled out and NO RECORD of me even visiting the medical facility. I was seen by the nurse and then the doctor. So I was told they will not do anything. DO NOT TRUST ROYAL CARIBBEAN!!Embarkation
