Review summary

We didn’t have the best experience with our stateroom attendant. We make it a point to tip our attendant on day 1 of our cruise. This is a hard job, and I want our attendant to know he/she is appreciated in advance. Our attendant left a lot to be desired, in fact, our towel puppets were made with dirty, wet towels. It was truly disgusting. MAruba was an amazing experience, absolutely breathtaking! I will say I was surprised at the amount of garbage on the shores :( We rented an ATV, downloaded a local map, and spent 5 hours (no guide) driving around the island. It was the best decision ever! Our stop in Curaçao was delayed at the port. Unfortunately everyone was standing in line for well over an hour to disembark without information. The service staff attempted to bring out chairs but of course it was a disaster. We chose an excursion via RCC and it did not disappoint! We visited the caves (a must see!!) and spent the afternoon at Mambo Beach. Our stop in Haiti was cancelled due to flooding per the captain, however we stopped in Nassau, Bahamas instead. We stopped in Nassau while cruising in 2019 and I must say this was a much different experience. The area has definitely deteriorated in my opinion, and smelled of sewage. We were hopeful to find a fishing charter, but no success due to our last minute stop at this port. We opted to visit the beach and do some shopping. No desire to return to this area. Room for improvement: beach towel stations- only one open on the last day. The lines were ridiculous. Guest services: very few service reps, again, very long lines for 6500 passengers. Main Dining Breakfast: 2 hour wait times- poor service and food. Main dining dinner was excellent! Disembark: Long lines backed up to main dining room, however once the gangway was open it went fairly quick.
