It was beautiful & clean. Balcony stateroom was great size great storage. Staff was so kind &helpful. Being fully booked ship, did not seem over crowded. Coco Cay fantastic except bar staff was minimal. Don’t recommend their buses back to airport.

Review summary

Great experience with some friends of ours that were new cruisers. They really enjoyed their time and we plan on booking many more. Symphony was a great way to introduce them to cruising.

My only complaint is Coco Cay lack of soda machines and minimal bar staff. It took forever to just get a simple soda.

A beautiful room. It was very clean. It had a great view. It was large and had great storage. My only complaint is that it was right under the sports court and the noise at five in the morning till seven in the morning of them moving around chairs, or some thing, it was so loud. We usually pick a room that is in the middle of the ship on floor 10. We will not make that mistake again.

Ship tip

Book your entertainment before as soon as it opens up before you leave on your cruise. It was so easy to get in, and many people were waiting, and never got in because the entertainment was full.

It was really easy until you got outside, then it was chaos. No Organization, little to no communication, only confusion, and slow. We purchased transportation to the airport from RC and it was terrible. It took forever and buses came late. Lines were confusing with no communication from staff. You’re much better off arranging your own shuttle you’ll get there faster. We were with a group and those that arranged their own shuttle got there faster and got there cheaper.
