We had the key program. There was only one sign on the gangway! No signage anywhere else. We tried to ask several people where to pick up our luggage for the key program but were told By everyone to keep moving. We had to wait 3 hits for our luggage to be brought to us. Ruined our experiences with Royal Caribbean!!!
Although I like other lines better than Royal, I wouldn't let a bad experience with disembarking with they Key stop me from going back, especially if you really enjoyed everything else
The Key is useless. People that work at the port have no clue what it is. I have heard of so many complaints. Spend your money on something you will actually enjoy.
