Review summary
We finally made it onto Symphony of the Seas after being cancelled 2 years ago. Unfortunately things have changed a lot since our last cruise in 2019….The ship is terribly understaffed leading to numerous shows being cancelled or rescheduled. The wait into the main dining room for my time dining is ridiculous . Our room steward Alexis was very nice and courteous each time we saw him. I think the pandemic has made a huge change to cruising . I’m not sure we’ll be rebooking a cruise anytime soon.Embarkation
