Review summary

We finally made it onto Symphony of the Seas after being cancelled 2 years ago. Unfortunately things have changed a lot since our last cruise in 2019….The ship is terribly understaffed leading to numerous shows being cancelled or rescheduled. The wait into the main dining room for my time dining is ridiculous . Our room steward Alexis was very nice and courteous each time we saw him. I think the pandemic has made a huge change to cruising . I’m not sure we’ll be rebooking a cruise anytime soon.

Embarkation

Quickest embarkation ever!!! From Uber drop off to onboard ship was probably no more than 10 minutes….. Just be sure to have all your documents in hand

Same. Booked in 2019 for 2020 and are now set for October. I’m excited but keep seeing negative reviews due to staffing shortages. I hope they get that worked out soon.

We are in the same boat (see what I did there?). Planned in 2018, was supposed to sail 2020, boarding July 25. Can’t wait.

We also have been waiting. We were already packed, when covid closed everything. We kept our money in for 810 days, cross fingers this time we get to go. We are on June 25th sailing. WE NEED A VACATION! Lol

Appreciate your feedback. I agree that cruising isn’t the same yet!
