Review summary

It was a great experience for my cabin, big ship with lots of things to do and activities, it should be a good option for first timers. However, we brought friends with us on this cruise but they didn’t enjoy their experience as much due over crowded events.

Easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was very tasty and great selection, however in certain days due large amount of people on board service was slow, exceeding 1.5 hours. Not all drinks on the menu were available, virtual menus were not updated to account unavailability. When you were able to address issues with manager, service improved significantly. Throughout the cruise felt like not enough staff was available to help around the ship.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There are great complementary events such as ice skating and laser tag, however during the family fun day, small tokes such as cotton candy and face paint were charged with long lines. We love the shows, specially the ice skating and water shows. There were some restrictions on the app, it didn’t allow to change our reservations dates and times.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We love the shows, specially the ice skating and water shows. There were some restrictions on the app, it didn’t allow us to make change on our reservations dates and times, it could’ve been utilized to manage guest expectations and experience, maybe a waiting list.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
There were a lot options for kids, however they all required waivers with long lines. Would be great if waivers were available online and in advance of boarding, it would improve customer on board.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The staff was great, very friendly, they tried to do their best, but it felt like ship was understaffed and some employees/areas were a little overwhelmed.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
We like the design but some areas were not very functional and well maintained at all the times. The smoking at the cassino was a big turn down for us. Solarium area did not offer any cold water pool/tub and unavailability of shade in the are made it unattractive to hangout. The main pool areas were most of the time over crowded and clearing of empty cups and plates was very slow, not enough waiters walking around placing drink orders and cleaning areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The size was small but worked for us. It was well maintained, cleaned daily two times per day. We love our housekeeper!

Ship tip

Manage your expectations, be patient with amount of people on board
