Review summary

a group in our party was upgrade to balcony and i paid for 2 rooms and was never offered upgrade when ship was not even full, still missing pictures on my photo pass , food not good, not enough food options, ship at almost full capacity, not enough workers, limited excursions- overpriced , could almost never find live music or entertainment , terrible cruise director , coco cay overcrowded, outdated slots, says free texting when you use app, each of us were charged 14.00!!!
