Will cruise royal again but not the Symphony. Oasis and Harmony were much better ships in my opinion

Five star for the main dining and windjammer. Five star to Wonderland. Two star for Chop. Seated guests without reservations before us with reservation. Our server was good but slow to start. We didn't get our food for 2 hours because they had a large party reservation. Unacceptable to me. If we were seated on time maybe we would have been served on time.

Main dining were excellent. Room steward was very good and friendly. We did have a few ship personnel that could have been nicer. One bartender in the solarium was kinda rude to us. We ate breakfast at Johnny Rockets and the servers were very slow and rude. Served diners seated after us first and gave half our order for coffee to another table and had to go back for the rest.

Some of the personnel could have been trained better. This was the first royal caribbean cruise that I left a little disappointed.
We took our own baggage off the ship. Very chaotic trying to get an uber. No direction as to where to go other than go right. We were lucky but my daughter and her husband had their uber cancel because they couldn't find him.
