Review summary

Great ship for families who want lots of entertainment and activities.

Embarkation

I loved how quick embarkation was. The facial scans were so quick and it was nice to be able to do so much on the app before so you didn't have to wait in lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I had heard a lot about the food and was expecting it to be better -- by my husband and I are foodies. The food was just really hit or miss, the main dining room was good if you didn't order steak (on a non formal night) and some of the items needed some salt. The buffet was ok, good amount of selection but nothing spectacular. The speciailty dining was the best by far. Althought Chops overcooked my steak and didn't clean my shrimp well. The hibachi and sushi were delicious and the Wonderland experience was really fun!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
So many activity options! I was pretty busy with other things, but the laser tag and escape room were so much fun and unique experiences! Ultimate Abyss was awesome. We didn't do rock climbing or slides but what we did do was great and I would definitely bring my kid on here when he is older.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Amazing! Everything we saw was incredible. The ice show, in particular, was spectacular. Some of the time options were a bit tricky so that could have been better but the shows themselves were great.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
I'm giving this 5 stars because our waiter and room steward were so amazing! They were really so helpful and nice and friendly, by the end of the week they seemed like friends. We had an issue at a restaurant and the manager was very very good. Some of the other staff around the ship were a little less helpful at times you would think they would be. My husband saw a woman slip and fall and break her ankle in central park and some staff didn't stop and do anything. But i know the ship is very procedure driven so I wondered if that was why. It would be good if they empowered the staff to adjust a little more to guest needs. But they still get a 5 because overall it was great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Good! It's just a big ship!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Was super surprised at how much storage the cabins had. We had empty drawers and space even with everything unpacked. The room felt really spacious and the balcony was large. Very happy with the room.

Ship tip

Always leave time to get places, the ship is huge!

Basseterre, St. Kitts

Catamaran and then a taxi tour, definitely get out on the water or find something to do outside of the downtown area which is unimpressive.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Gorgeous beachse.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Pool and even ocean were way too cold. Don't know if they have a heater for the water but they should.

Disembarkation

Very speedy and easy.
