A great trip overall. Some of the shows had to be cancelled to to the to the rocking of the ship, but there was always something fun to do.

Quickest and smoothest ever! We arrived several hours early, and still only waited less than a half hour. The terminal was also beautiful.

Say that the windjammer offered the same exact foods every day, and the main dining was good, but not spectacular. I ordered steak almost every day because nothing else really caught my eye. Again, it was always cooked exactly as I wanted it, and the servers were amazing. We did have a terrible view. We were stuck by the windows that had the rafts outside of them, and the walking track. Zero view of the ocean. One night a man ran by and flipped us off. With all the money that went into this ship, they could at least get rid of the windows on this part, and put some of those fake windows that have a camera showing the ocean that are in some rooms.
Onboard Activities

My husband and son did rock climbing, the family all did flow rider, abyss slide, zip lining, I did the track and gym, we all did the merry go round. All amazing.
Entertainment

We loved all of the entertainment! It’s too hard to pick a favorite. The ice show was amazing, the water show took our breath away, the parade is a can’t miss.. get there at least an hour early in sorrentos for a perfect view. We loved it!
Children's Programs

Both of my kids hated the kids program. They also hates it on liberty, and it was run the exact same way. There needs to be more people in there, and also needs to have another room for when kids need a quiet place. My daughter hates loud noises, and it was insanely loud. The man said it is always that loud. While signing her in for the one and only time, one boy fell when rough housing and hurt her head very badly. Another boy punched another one in the face. It was awful. Needless to say we didn’t take them back.
Service and Staff

Our servers were so attentive to all 8 of us. They really got to know us, and each night would have a fruit tray out for my kids as soon as they sat down. The room
Attendent was wonderful as well.
Ship Quality

It was always clean! I think t handicap bathrooms are weird. You have to push the button and wait for over a minute for it to close. It’s very awkward.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was a beautiful room. We were connected to 12180 with our kids. Our balcony window has a crack or something the fogged up the entire window with condensation, making the view awful. They said it’s been like that since the shop was made, and that they have ordered a replacement. Our room
Also wasn’t the cleanest when we got there, but they came right away and cleaned and sanitizes everything. A few days later, the deck supervisor came and gave us a very nice credit on our next cruise to compensate for the window and the lack of clean room.
Ship tip
Do t be afraid to complain if something isn’t what you wanted. In a nice way.. but we paid a lot for this cruise, and Royal does want to make it right. They won’t know we aren’t satisfied unless we say something.
Beautiful! We did a snorkeling and beach excursion. It was beautiful, but we didn’t snorkel because it was too choppy. Also the beach had so many rocks, and because you couldn’t see in the water, you didn’t know you were walking straight into a huge rock until it was too late. Quite painful. We also ordered a burger and fries and it never came.
Beautiful! Plenty of chairs for everyone! I loved the hammocks! One thing i should have done was walk around different stands before buying something. They are all at different prices. I could have saved fifteen dollars on goggles if i went to the one right next to the other one.
