I think service for this many people is difficult but food was always hot and served in timely manner.
The Indian food on the buffet was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had... made me wish for a specialty Indian restaurant! Some of my evening meals weren’t my favorite but again, I think it can be highly subjective for each person’s personal taste (IE spice level, etc) and I can’t knock them for that.
Onboard Activities

Couldn’t believe it... never once did we have to fight for a chair. **we chose to sit one deck above the pool areas and this may have helped as well but we were shocked because this can really be a issue on other ships/lines.
**note to parents: I thought this was one of the best pool setups/layouts I’ve seen for kids. The splash pad was amazing and very thoughtfully laid out with a lot of different activities for the kids.

Wow!!!! HiRo blew my mind! Such a unique idea.
Hairspray was really good as well.

They were all great, some were chattier than others but overall very nice and attentive. Henry at the Pool Bar was great and Joey in the casino was great as well.

It’s a big ship for sure but easy enough to get around. And it was spotless!!!
Cabin / Stateroom

We had an inside cabin with a virtual balcony... such a great concept and made the room feel bright and airy. Also, for an inside room I was shocked at how spacious it was and the amount of storage! Well done on the layout/design
Ship tip
If you’re used to another line, go with an open mind and enjoy this ship. It really does not disappoint!
My family and I were on her last July going out of Miami we love the mega ships been on all the oasis class ships and will be back on symphony of the seas July 2020 we love the cruise
