This was mine and my kids first cruise and it was absolutely perfect!! We had so much fun, from the ship, to the ports, to the food we loved this cruise!!

We were in a junior suite so we had priority embarkation, but my in-laws did not and they got through security and on the ship in the same amount of time we did! Embarkation was so quick and easy even with two very small children and a teenager!

Food and Dining

Main dining room was delicious and we had some very picky eaters in our party. The windjammer was a bit disappointing especially at dinner, but we were all able to find something to satisfy us. El Loco Fresh (included) and Chops Grille (upcharge) were our most favorite places to eat on board. Room service food was very poor quality and we would not recommend spending money on room service. All in all our experience was that most of the food was absolutely delicious!
Onboard Activities

Pools and water slides were great our little ones loved splash away bay and the indoor kids play area; and we and our teen loved the pools and water slides! The solarium pool was my and my husbands favorite spot on board. My in-laws really enjoyed the rock climbing walls and although fun, the flow rider was harder to master than we imagined. 😂 My husband loved the zip line and the lights and sounds on the Ultimate Abyss weren’t working when he tried it, so I don’t feel I can fairly rate that!
Entertainment

We did not expect to enjoy the shows nor did we expect our kids to enjoy and sit through them; however we LOVED every show we saw and so did our 2 & 4 yr olds. Hairspray, the aqua show, and the Ice show were amazing!!

We did not have one bad experience with any staff throughout our whole 7 night cruise! We loved our waiters and our room steward!! Anything we asked for they did everything they could to accommodate!

Beautiful beautiful ship and very very clean, the bathrooms door are even automatic so you don’t have to touch them at all!
Cabin / Stateroom

Very very clean room, we had a junior suite and it was plenty of room for all 5 of us! The balcony was huge and the bathtub was perfect for our toddlers! There was plenty of room for all of our clothes and we would definitely try to get this exact cabin again. We were located right by the boardwalk and were just over the promenade, the location was ideal for us!
We did not do any excursions in St. Kitts but it is a beautiful port! We were only off the ship for about 30 minutes in St. Kitts but we did get to hold some monkeys and buy a few souvenirs!
We did some shopping in port for a couple of hours and got back on board because we had small children with us, but St. Thomas was gorgeous and we had no complaints. Also there were iguanas walking around everywhere, which was pretty awesome!
We plan to do the exact same thing in St Kitts. Off to let the kids hold and monkey and then back on and enjoy the ship! We were just in St Kitts and it’s just meh, in my opinion.
Nice feedback I will go on the SOS next year but in March going on the HOS. I think it's basically the same. Glad you had a nice cruise I wish you and your family many more to come.

Now try the other Oasis class ships, and maybe a transatlantic cruise if you like sea days! We sailed on the Symphony for its inaugural 12 day transatlantic cruise in 2018, and loved it! We sail on the Allure 12 day transatlantic in 2 weeks! They are the best bang for the buck cruises you can do!! 🙂
