Nice people. We usually tour on our own. There are still lots of things they should improve. If there was more beaches available close to the port, that’d would be nice. We did the Paradise Resort Day. We paid $30 per person including the transportation both ways.
The port is very pretty and well maintained. Lots of shops and stuff to eat and drink. We did the Chacchoben Ruins tour from the cruise because when we have to go that far (45 min) each way, we don’t risk it. It was great and the tour guide explained very well the history behind the ruins.
We love Cozumel. This time we went to the beach. We tried the north side and I am glad we did. Clean clear waters and not too crowded compared to other ports. We did the taxi van to Buccano’s Beach. Great place with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas/shades, fast service, restaurants and I even had a one hour massage. Awesome!
