Embarkation

Our embarkation was delayed because there were reports of noro virus on the last sailing. So RCL had to do a deep clean of the ship before allowing anyone on.

Food and Dining

If it wasn't for the awesome food in both Izumi and Chops this would have been a lot lower score. Both my wife and I were not impressed with the entrees in the Main Dining Room. We thought the food was under seasoned and taste was mediocre. The Windjammer had a great selection.
Chop's Grille

The food was amazing. By far the best steak I've ever had. Also they found out it was my wife and I's anniversary and our server brought out a giant piece of cake and had Happy Anniversary written on the platter.
Izumi

Service was a little slow at first but things picked up once our chef came out. He made it a very fun experience. We have been to Hibachi's before so we knew what to expect, but it was still entertaining.
Onboard Activities

With so much to do we weren't able to get to everything we wanted. My wife did the zipline and had a blast. We both went down the Ultimate Abyss and it was awesome! The pools were constantly packed to the point you couldn't swim so we didn't go in. I did venture on to the water slides and those were a blast.
Entertainment

Hiro is phenomenal show. Highly recommend it. Also if you get the chance, go to the late night comedy show. Excellent for those who enjoy adult humor.
Service and Staff

The staff all over the ship were top notch. We got the chance to sit and talk with a couple of the bartenders and our room steward. It was interesting to hear their backstories and how they came to be on the ship.
Ship Quality

We constantly saw cleaning crews all over the ship. Especially in the stairways cleaning the hand rails due to constant worry of noro virus.
Cabin / Stateroom

Since this was our first cruise we don't have anything to compare the room to. We are extremely glad we went with the balcony room. It was great to have a space we could sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The only reason for the 4 stars is we were disappointed in the excursion we had. We did the Pirate Historical Tour and the driver we had didn't have anything to say during most of the trip. The only highlight of the tour was when he dropped us off at the Pirate Treasure Museum. Other than that the excursion was a bust.
