I enjoyed the ship, and would go again. Next time I will not get a drink package. I'll just pay as I go. It's a beautiful ship and very well run.

The wait of 20 minutes was because the ship staff was deep cleaning the ship. Still less time than any of the other cruises I have been on.

The main dining room lacked on taste. The pizza shop was good. Cookies from Park Cafe were very good. Chops Grille was the best meal we had, and Johnny Rockets was next. Sad that you now have to pay to get a good meal.
The nonalcoholic package is not worth the money we spent on it. If the advertised drinks had been available, it would have been. In the dining room for breakfast, the waiters are so busy, they don't have the time to offer anything but bottled orange juice. Never fresh squeezed. There are not soft drink dispensers located in enough locations, so you have to go in search of one or just settle for the tea, water, or lemonade. The bar doesn't bother with the extras for nonalcoholic drinks. They put it in a glass and hand it to you, no cherry or pineapple wedges like the alcoholic drinks. I felt like since we had not paid for the higher priced package, that they didn't want to bother. The package we had cost $239 apiece. Not cheap!

The ship personnel was always smiling and helpful. They seemed to be enjoying their job. Our waiter and assistant waiter went out of their way to please us. They were always wanting us to enjoy the food. Each time I wasn't pleased with my choice, they would always offer to bring other entree. Our room steward was very good at his job. Our room was always spotless.

The ship is huge! It takes a couple of days to find your way around. No matter where we were it was always clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

I was surprised at the size of our cabin. It was a Central Park balcony, over looking Central Park. It was laid out using every inch of space! There was lots of storage space.
Took the train ride and was not impressed. If you have ever been to any of the other islands, then you have already what you will on the train ride. You ride through the slums and hills with pastures. The personnel on the bus were very considerate.
We showed up to our assigned area and sat of about 10 minutes. When our number was called, we were off of the ship and catching our ride to the airport.
