This was a good cruise and we had a good time, but this ship was very disappointing..we missed the before dinner music..also had an issue with a refund and it took guest services 3 days to fix..will stay with Allure and Oasis or the smaller ships

Good
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Bed too close to the sliding door and the wall..liked the closet and bath space..sofa to deep for short people..had a hard time sitting on it
Ship tip
Be patient..takes a long time to get off for excursions and disembarkment
Pier people were disorganized but eventually we found our excursion and had a good time...the vehicles they use are very hard to get on and off for the elderly and heavy set
Love this island..first time we took an excursion to the beach...had to,find our own back tho as I guess a mix up with time...will take a taxi on my own next time
Horrible...we do self carry off as we live in Florida.very disorganized and still took over an hour to get off..never had that much trouble on your other ships
I think each of the Oasis cladd ships have their pros / cons... I liked the Symphony, though I liked several things about the Oasis better. Oasis had better: Food, Aqua show, bar tenders, organized staff, Solarium area. Symphony had better: Pools, water slides, Locos Tacos, colorful lighting and paint, BOTH are good ships and worth cruising.
