Review summary
The ship was nice, the largest we have been on, but certainly not the largest in the waters today. It was very clean and well kept. The staff were really nice and helpful, but we found a significantly higher language barrier than we have on other cruise lines. We sailed NCL before Princess and were told that Princess would be a major improvement over NCL, but we didn't think so. We feel that both companies provide comparable levels of service, food, etc. In fact, we think NCL has better entertainment/classes/meetings, etc than Princess, but Princess certainly has a more modern fleet. All in all, no complaints and I would be happy to cruise on the Sun Princess again.Ship experiences
