Ship was impressive and had a lot of what today's travelers are looking for. It was Very clean and had a great layout of the outdoor activitiy areas. Never felt overcrowded at the pool even with the ship being 100% full.

The ship is lovely and the crew is very attentive.

From check-in at the pier until leaving the ship a week later my husband and I were amazed at the way Princess controlled the "crowds". We never had to wait any length of time in a line. There were so many pools on the ship that it never seemed crowded. The 24-hour eatery was superb - the food selection was one of the best - and we speak from experience - this was our 32nd cruise but only our first on Princess. The dining room food was excellent, ouir stateroom was very clean and our room steward was so good we never saw him! The only drawbacks were beverage service in the public areas. When we ordered drinks in the theater it took 15 minutes to get them. Same at poolside. It became easier to go to one of the bars if you wanted anything from a soda to an alcoholic drink. We suggest hiring more bar waiters. Also in the dining room if we ordered wine or an alcoholic drink with dinner the assistant waiter was the person who had to get it for you. Once again we suggest having a wine steward and bar waiters handling this so the assistant waiter can do his job and you don't have to wait so long for your beverage. But bottom line - will we sail again on Princess? Absolutely - when it was Tuesday & we looked at each other & had trouble remembering what day it was we knew it was a very relaxing cruise!

We enjoyed each moment since arrival to the port. The efficiancy of the crews in all aspects, from reception and boarding to the restorants and tenderring, all fast but quiet. The staff smilling and helpfull. To be shor with words, ALL EXCELLENT.

I was amazed at how clean the ship was for such a large number of people. I never saw a piece of trash or an empty glass any where. The pools were always clean also.

This was our first cruise, it was overwhelming the first day, but we quickly adjusted. Can't say enough about the staff, dining and entertainment.

Nous avions la chambre E 506 au milieu du bateau. L'orchestre du lounge au dessous de nous provenant du Explorer ou du Wheelhouse faisait beaucoup de bruit jusqu' minuit et nous incommodait. Aprs duex plaintes la rception, rien n'a chang.

The cruise was wonderful . Princess is the best cruise that we have been on so far. I would not go back to a lower level of ship. The staff, dining, cleanliness, shows, food, waiters. were all the best. The only Icc. was the mattress in our stateroom A226 need to be changed, also the tour desk was less than helpful if you had not booked a tour with them.Everything else was perfect.

The food and staff in the dining rooms and buffet were great. Cruise director , assistant director and sfaff were very friendly. State room attendent was polite and efficient..

The ship was gorgeous and well maintained. From the dining room to the nightclub everything was great. Our mini-suite was very well maintained and somebody came to clean our room twice a day and turn down our bed before bedtime. There was everything you needed just moments away. I loved there somking polices and how they had designated areas for the smokers and how they even made the casino a non-smoking place for one night for the non-smokers. The really considered what everybody wanted and tried their best to accomadate to everyone's needs. The ships overall review was that it was the best vacation i ever took they make you feel like a million dollars and make sure you don't lift a fingure on your own room. There is no other way i will ever vacation.

One thing that was missing was the self serve ice cream stations. The made to order omelette bar was terrible.

Too bad the dining room staff was not very friendly or personable. Only one waiter used humor and smiled often. All others barely made eye contact and seemed to never smile, even when we tried to get them to smile.

This was our first time crusing and we did not want to disembark! The food, service, staff and upkeep of the ship were excellent. We made memories that will last a lifetime!I've been reccomending the ship and cruise line to everyone since we've been back.

The ship was ok. It wasn't as fancy as some I have been on, but it was clean and the staff enjoyable. The restaurants weren't nearly as pretty or big as some ships.

A great get away with a few hitches, but overall very enjoyable.

This was my first cruise and greatly exceeded my expectations. The ship was well maintained and very clean. The buffet and restaurants were great with lots of choices. We were a large group but never had problems finding seating to accomodate us all. The service in the fine dining restaurants was exceptional. My parents and granparents really enjoyed the entertainment and there was a great kids program for my son. My sister and I found lots to do although we would have liked to see a little more night life for our age group. The shore excursions were well organized and there were never long waits for anything. I would certainly recommend this cruise line to anyone considering a vacation.

(Our ninth cruise) Three couples did the Western Carib. on the Star Princess on 02 Dec. Checkin was fast and overall service aboard ship was great. The shore excursions were quick even with tendering to all ports. The balcony room was extremely nice with connecting balcony to our traveling companions.he dining room made special conditions for all of us to be at the same table. The main dinning room food was not to our taste so we ate in the Italian and steak resturants which were well worth the extra $20.
