Was a great cruise on board entertainment was the best all of the crew was very good

Great Staff and services. Great Entertainment. Was not over-crowded. Great way to visit Hawaii and have time to relax and enjoy a great cruise experience with the 15 day experience.

The staff made the cruise experience most excellent - - the waiters at Vines, the dining room staff and especially our cabin steward.

This is a beautiful ship with so many options offered for a comfortable, fun, and memorable vacation. Money well spent.

All handrails should be sanitized on a regular basis. My husband had to use the handrails whenever we used the stairs and I'm sure this is how he contracted the norovirus. Afterwards my husband purchased surgical gloves to use for the rest of the cruise. I did not see crew cleaning certain areas of the ship like I have on other cruises. Several handrails were dirty. Several public restrooms showed mold along the floor boards. We did wash our hands continuously and used hand santizier afterwards

We’ve travel with Princess Cruises before and haven’t been disappointed. The crew, entertainment and 24 hour food is great! Already planning next cruise to Panama Canal in a couple years.

Nice and relaxing for the most part. In my own personal opinion I thought it was maybe three or four days too long.

This ship / cruise / itinerary and the associated activities are clearly geared toward the older crowd. Other than the kid's club which had very limited hours of operating, there was nothing for the children to do and all entertainment and amenities are geared toward the older crowd. The Hawaiian ports of call were fantastic, but Ensenada was dirty, polluted, and a huge disappointment. I wouldn't bother to get off the ship in Ensenada. The cabin had a deep, musty, moldy smell and we all developed a cough and sinus issues by about the 3rd/4th day which persisted for the remainder of the cruise. The whole staff was exceptionally polite and helpful so I feel bad for them about leaving a bad review, but this cruise, and I suspect Princess cruises in general, is geared toward senior couples and not young families. The pool was very deep, small, and no life guard was ever on duty so young children can't really use it. All of the shows and activities were also geared for the older crowds and the kids really had nothing to do for the duration of the cruise. The 4 Hawaiian port days were great, but the 10+ sea days were painfully boring. The food was just okay, but it was so limited. Net message, if you have a young family, choose just about any other cruise line or itinerary. We won't be sailing on Princess again until we are in adult diapers.

Great ship but library is limited , no books except those from passengers. Excursion room too large and is mostly empty. It would have been a great place for the library and game room.

Overall great cruise. Staff onboard great, activities good. Weather first 2 days out cool and overcast, high seas first two days - all was expected this time of year. Would do same cruise again.

We have down 13 Princess Cruises and this was the most fun. We love the service is the dining room and really enjoyed then variety of entertainment.

10 days water travel and very short port stay is not the way to see Hawaii. Cruise personnel were great, but the food was pretty poor with breakfast being the best (hard to find bad bacon). Gym was too warm with minimal equipment. Fly to HI with a backpack to really enjoy it. This is a 2.5 star trip with 5 star crew. No major complaints, but disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience in this cruise . Princess is a super cruise line -- they took care of our needs and made us feel like family. we were not sure if we would like such a long cruise ( 15 days ). But now can,t wait to go on another one!

This was my first ever cruise but Kathy's 4th. We invited three other couples to join us, so we were a party of 8. For the most part we all had a great time and are ready to do it again... However, your treatment of Frank & Gloria Ramirez was shocking and disappointing. As part of my party, I felt as if I had let them down but it was you who had caused so much confusion and hardship on leaving the ship. You cancelled their LA excruision and forced them to pay & find their own way back to LAX. Since they had already paid for the excruision, at a minimum I would have expected you to convert their payment to a transfer pass. I understand that you wanted to isolate them, but you didn't, instead they were processed through with those in wheelchairs. Does that make sense and does it follow protocol? My experience was awesome but you can see how your actions taints my overall view. Irony, Kathy & I came home with a cold and everyone else in our party came home fine.

Had a wonderful cruise. Staff was wonderful. Having a full suite afforded many dining options and also received free laundry throughout stay. Priority embarkation and disembarkation also.

I loved the itinerary from this California Coastal Cruise. I would do this one again. Nice mix of ports and sea days.

We are still waiting to receive our On Board Credit that we applied for prior to our cruise. You said $50. and we were told this morning we only get $25. according to customer services - Christopher, form the online chat. I will think tice about booking with Cruise Only on my next Mediterranean Cruise in June 2020!

Visit Alaska, but maybe research the ship. I would go on a newer or refinished ship next time.
