This was my first ever cruise but Kathy's 4th. We invited three other couples to join us, so we were a party of 8. For the most part we all had a great time and are ready to do it again... However, your treatment of Frank & Gloria Ramirez was shocking and disappointing. As part of my party, I felt as if I had let them down but it was you who had caused so much confusion and hardship on leaving the ship. You cancelled their LA excruision and forced them to pay & find their own way back to LAX. Since they had already paid for the excruision, at a minimum I would have expected you to convert their payment to a transfer pass. I understand that you wanted to isolate them, but you didn't, instead they were processed through with those in wheelchairs. Does that make sense and does it follow protocol? My experience was awesome but you can see how your actions taints my overall view. Irony, Kathy & I came home with a cold and everyone else in our party came home fine.

Not as great as I had hoped. Boarding was late which delayed champain to cabin which I had planned to open as we sailed away. But we had it the morning we returned to LA.

Main dinning was good but not enough of verity, Crown Grill was excellent and Hamburger Grill/Pizza bar were great change ups!

Solrantity area was excellent, your staff made us feel as if we were VIPs.

This was hit and miss. Some acts were great but others were not that good. But we also had late meal time, which meant we had to rush from one end of the ship to the other.

All your personnel were all great but our room steward was excellent and went out his way to make our cabin cozy & comfortable for us. Our waiters, Jerrick Umali and Chito Rioveros saw to our every need at dinner.

I don't think we ever got the layout of the ship down which added to our frustration just to find our way around. For the most part, ship was kept clean and so thankful for hand stations everywhere!
Cabin / Stateroom

Adilito did a super job of keeping our cabin clean & resupplied everyday! He went out of his way to make our cabin cozy & comfy! Shower could have been a foot bigger but we were very pleased with the overall size of our cabin.
Ship tip
Explore the ship and make notes about which floors can be used to get from front to back and which elevators are closest to where you want to go to. Not all elevator banks go to all levels of the ship.

You also told us nothing about the ports. When you book, you know how long you will be in port. If you're not happy with the length of time, then book a different cruise.
